CONTINUUM MOVEMENT – LIQUID KABBALAH VIRTUAL SERIES
Summer Heat and Transformation
By the time this course begins, Summer solstice on the Northern Hemisphere will have come and gone. Though sunlight is lessening each day, heat tends to be consistent. Have you ever noticed the way tempers can flare as temperatures increase? It can be a spark near timber.
Heat dries. Fluid evaporates, amplifying a sense of contraction. A once juicy apple dried in intense Summer heat will turn into something else – it becomes a chalky, powdery substance void of form, or memory of what is was.
Nothing is better when parched by Summer heat than water. You can drink it, wade in it. You can swim through it.
Water enlivens the Cosmos. Scientists, seeking life on other planets, look for water. The gravitational field of cosmic neighbors initiates movement of water on Earth. These waves of movement shape our reality.
Continuum Movement® is a dynamic inquiry into what it is to be a human being. This somatic inquiry provides an experiential method for bringing forward personal fluid resonance. Get to know the wondrous being that you are, and your place in an unfolding biological and planetary process.
“It is incumbent upon you to know that for everything The Holy One of Blessing created in the world, there is a corresponding part created within the human, as it is written: We will make humankind in our likeness, in our patterning. – Genesis 1.1. All this to enable understanding of Secret Wisdom from within the revealed.”
– Rabbi Yoseph Ashkenazi on Sefer Yetzirah 1:1
A class session will include (some of) these aspects:
1) Meditation accessing the tree of life (Etz Hayyim)
2) Dialog about Continuum Movement offerings and potency of fluid resonance
3) Sacred (Kabbalah) study
4) Continuum Movement Dive (moving meditation practice) inviting fluid connectivity to reveal human origins and relate them to ongoing currents of organismic life. This is dome by means of gentle sounding and simple choreography.
