CONTINUUM MOVEMENT – LIQUID KABBALAH
Light Through the Dark
As the days are getting shorter, people seek light, and attention turns inward. We have a momentous opportunity to consider the increasing darkness, witness its peak at the solstice, and seek sparks within. This is a perfect time to enter into the depths of sacred meditation through Continuum Movement – Liquid Kabbalah.
We begin with sacred study and dialog. Next, we lay out a simple sequence to initiate movement and a meditative process. We will invite fluid connectivity to reveal our own origins with ongoing currents of organismic life.

Rabbi T’mimah Audrey Ickovits, BSE and Continuum Movement Teacher works with students to cultivate health, emotional ease, wisdom, and awareness. Her toolkit includes through prayer, Continuum Movement, prayer, sacred text study and spiritual companionship. An organic farmer and founding rabbi and spiritual leader of Holistic Jew in Santa Monica, CA she cultivates spiritual gatherings combining sacred movement, meditation, prayer, Torah study, with ethically sourced kosher community meals highlighting produce from the Holistic Jew garden. Rabbi T’mimah teaches siddur; skillful means for prayer. Passionate about the environment and committed to equality for all, she teaches in support of green, cost effective, traditional end of life options.
Rabbi T’mimah published 1.) “Seven Sacred Circles” to make underlying substructure of sacred circling practices easily accessible in support of cultivating the Divine Feminine and 2.) “Holistic Jew Shahareet for Weekdays“ featuring a full prayer service, heart focused English translation, and classical Kabbalah meditations translated into English for the first time. Both books are available on Lulu.
Holistic Jew is a shteibel; home for ritual, prayer, learning, and laughter. We cultivate prayer, meditation, Torah study & ethically sourced Kosher meal encounters. Reverently irreverent, we foster contemporary means of expression that satisfy the intellect, nourish the heart, and speak to tradition. We welcome good hearted people of all orientations, and we celebrate diversity with love.
