Experience the Magic of Hanukkah

Mark your calendars for December 20th at 6:30 PM and step into the warm embrace of community at the Holistic Jew House.

Immerse yourself in a mystical candle-lighting ritual, led by Rabbi T’mimah. We will invoke blessings, sing songs – ancient and contemporary, and gaze into the Hannukah candles. Soulful songs, led by Steven Moos, will enrich the evening, as he accompanies the evening on stringed instruments.

But the celebration doesn’t stop there! After the rituals, treat yourself to a delicious Kosher Hannukah meal featuring crispy, golden latkes and a hearty dinner—much of which comes straight from the Holistic Jew Garden. We always include a protein in our meals.

Complement this delightful meal with our Energizing Apple Elixir and libations to please your palate and elevate your spirit.

What’s more? Bring your own Hanukkiah if you have one, but don’t worry—we’ll have extras available!

We meet on the seventh night of Hanukkah, which coincides with Rosh Hodesh—the New Moon of Tevet. It is the dark of the moon and the dark of the sun. It is also Rabbi T’mimah’s birthday.
